Thank you for all your support in Juven over the years. Recently, we made a difficult decision to wrap up our operations at Juven.
In the last two years, our team strived to build an excellent technology product to serve our society and people in the event space. We definitely have come a long way with so many users on Juven, yet we believe our product is not bringing us closer to our vision. It has been a great journey with so many passionate team members working on building Juven together, and we’ve met so many amazing people, partners, and customers along the way.
From June 3, 2019, onwards, we will no longer be accepting new organization registrations and new event creations for free users. Our existing paying customers can continue to enjoy our Juven platform until their contract expires. As for all live events that are created prior to June 3, 2019, they will operate as usual.
We suggest all our users to download their organization’s data from Juven when all their events are completed. You can do so by going to “Events” -> “Guests” page. For your information, our platform will run until early 2020.
